99% of the time we have in stock quality new capacitive touch panels to fix this problem. Be aware of lower grade touch panels out there.

It is extremely rare to see these units fail in any other way other than the touch panel, currently showing seemingly good reliability other than the common touch panel failure.

Getting this repaired is far better than finding a second hand unit, which means that it will plug straight back into the car when finished, whereas a replacement unit will require 'Component Protection' removed, which is an anti theft system that VW / Audi uses to prevent easy part swapping.
